The Property Inventory Report Process
At the start of a tenancy, the landlord or agent typically schedules for our property inspector to attend and carry out the report.
Our experienced Property Inspector conducts a meticulous inspection, providing a comprehensive description of the property’s contents and condition backed up by time and date stamped digital photographs. This thorough assessment includes evaluating cleaning standards, inspecting floors, windows, fixtures, fittings, furnishings, curtains, sanitary ware, kitchen appliances, electrics, linens, and more.
Should significant or severe property damage be detected during the inspection, our Property Inspector promptly logs this information and includes photos in the report, ensuring landlords are fully informed and can take appropriate action
Your Inventory Report is complete
Once your inventory report is completed, it undergoes careful assessment and will be promptly sent to you via email within 24 hours of the inspection.
Our inspections are highly thorough, minimising the need for amendments. However, if you believe a detail was overlooked, you have a 5-working-day period to review and submit any additional information or amendments.
