Mid-Term Inspection Process
- Scheduling – A mutually agreed-upon date and time with the tenant is set, ensuring compliance with tenancy regulations, and providing sufficient notice for the Mid-term Inspections.
- The Inspection – Our Property Inspector thoroughly assess all areas, including rooms, fixtures, appliances, and essential systems, examining their condition and functionality checking for any signs of damage, wear and tear, or maintenance issues.
- The Report – a detailed report is generated during the Mid-term Inspection, capturing the current state of the property. Occasionally, photographs may be taken to complement the documentation, providing a comprehensive reference for future comparisons or dispute resolution
Your Mid-Term Inspection report is complete
Once your Mid-term Inspection report is completed, it undergoes careful assessment and will be promptly sent to you via email within 24 hours of the inspection
Should any maintenance needs or issues be discovered, you may arrange for necessary repairs or take appropriate actions in line with the terms outlined in the tenancy agreement.
